Our overlords are concerned we're eating the wrong brand of shit:
The masses are behaving strangely, disdorsing the candidates of resigned submission.
My previous statement on Obama-enthusiasm stands, and does not mitigate my enthusiasm for the entertainment obamagasms spawn.
Soon enough, Obama will reassure the overlords he is one of them, and standard weary-shittiness will be restored among the littles, but until then, his candidacy will remind our rulers why they hate democracy almost as much as they hate having to remind the fucking servants that they're only fucking servants.
How short-sighted our overlords: Obama's creating the next generation of disenchanted and self-disenfranchised cynical servants. How shallow must be the faith of our overlords in their own bullshit to doubt the bullshitty works of this generation's most gifted bullshitter.

- Some of Obama's apostates are no swifter than the aloof and post-cool that love a band in its obscurity and who, once the band has a breakout hit single, call the band sell-outs.
- New rules: you can not say "period" or 'periodically" in any sentence referring to Hillary Clinton.
- Salon's Broadsheet implies Obama, commenting on a post-menopausal HRC, implied the bitch curse too. Implicitly implicit. Cute!
- Richard Hofstadter wrote a book about this 45 years ago, and, unlike the column, included documented research.
- Speaking of troublesome cults and the consequences.
- Proof bloggers suck, or, Your future op-ed page overlords cook!
- Balko predicts Obama over McCain, plus more.
- The Editors strike back. Oh yes they do.

- On Think-Tank Sociology (includes this line: Think tanks in DC are traditionally known as refugee camps for the out-of-office team of foreign policy wonks.).
- Stuff White People Like (h/t ogged).
- My questions are (a) who believes the law was ever a consideration and (b) wouldn't Bush file a signing statement saying he didn't have to follow the law anyway? (Reminding me: has anyone asked O or HRC about signing statements lately?)
- Frank Rich notices the GOP's a party of old white farts, uses discovery to shank HRC, which doesn't mean he's wrong.
- Reason ### to hate Clinton INC, which can be hated in full outside the Obamatorium.

Over the past two weeks I've received eleven solicitations to add advertising on BLCKDGRD, and I've either turned down or ignored all of them.
Hits have been going up. Some of them are from people who have recently bookmarked or blog-rolled me, and thank you. I do this for me and mine, and mine is an exclusive but always open group.
But the majority of my hits come from googled searches for (pardon the Pig Latin, so as not to drive the meter more):
- Former lover Rineay Raygay
- Best teacher me and this guy ever had, Avidday Ampsellesay (not a one for Uaneday Llisoneay)
- Former (dominant) lover Ichellemay Isselllay
- Redfay Hompsontay's ifeway Erijay
AND ESPECIALLY, I mean thirty times a day at least, eformedday eoplepay, because one year ago I entitled a post with a quote from a Hilary Mantel novel (A Place of Greater Safety).
I've nothing against advertising except I don't like the way it looks. I don't begrudge anyone their pennies? nickels? dimes? quarters?
But to make however small change because people around the world (but especially British and British Commonwealth countries (!?!?!?) are googling images of eformedday eopleppay and I'm number two in the world?
Onay. No need asking.
